Maximum Safety?
Maximum Safety (MS) is a statement. An endodontic philosophy that emphasizes the importance of preserving natural teeth. It is a way of conducting a root canal treatment in a minimally-invasive way, relying on evidence-based knowledge, updated research and advanced technology.
MS stands for accurate instrument design and technique, to preserve sound dentin, promote excellent root canal cleaning and disinfection and avoid treatment errors, such as file separation, perforation, cracks or transportation.

Dr. Michael Solomonov
Clinical Protocol
The protocol for a safe root canal treatment is based on a strategy of adapting the preparation to the root canal anatomy: Difficult root canals (initial size ≤10), Medium root canals (initial size #15) and Simple root canals (initial size #20-40).

Controlled-memory Wire
Designated heat-treated NiTi alloy that can be pre-curved outside of the root canal, enabling conservative access cavity preparation and treatment of cases with limited access

Increased flexibility
Enhanced resistance to flexural fatigue, due to the Controlled-memory Wire alloy and the small taper, enabling safe operation even in cases with sharp or multiple curvatures
Gradual preparation
Gradual, multi-file preparation, combined with irrigation, reduces debris accumulation, thereby minimizes pressure on both the dentin and the files, while enhancing the cleaning and disinfection

Conservative taper
Moderate tapers help prevent strip perforations and vertical root fractures (VRF), by preserving sound dentin and reducing stress concentration during function. Tapers range from 2% to 4% for initial treatment and up to 6% in the apical segment of the retreatment file

Safety design
The cross-section of the file, the rake angle and the flutes pitch reduce the risk of "screw-in effect". Thread thickness of up to 1.0 mm, to preserve sound peri-cervical dentin in the canal orifice
Advanced design of the re-treatment file
A unique retreatment file, featuring a regressive taper and crafted from heat-treated NiTi alloy with shape-memory properties.
Characterized by high resistance to torsional fatigue, to ensure efficient gutta-percha removal at a high speed, while maintaining flexibility and preservation of Peri-cervical dentin through its regressive taper design

Accessories
Safety should be implemented in every aspect of the root canal treatment, to assure a successful outcome. Our accessory products, characterized by quality and simplicity, assure your success in the obturation phase as well:

-
Paper points: absorbent paper points to dry the root canal prior to the obturation.
-
Gutta Percha cones: Standard GP cones, with 2% or 4% taper, will help you assure proper filling at the end of the root canal treatment.

Quality Assurance
Striving for excellence means working at the highest standards. Our products are manufactured under strict supervision and with quality assurance measures, and we attain and maintain the leading quality assurance certificates, including CE, ISO, and other required international and national quality certificates.
